Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance

By using OasisPay, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  1. About OasisPay

OasisPay is a technology platform operated by Oasis-net Solutions Limited.

OasisPay provides:

Payment collection tools
Virtual account infrastructure
Merchant dashboards
Settlement tools
Payout tools
APIs
Reporting and reconciliation services

OasisPay is not a bank.

OasisPay does not operate as a Mobile Money Operator (MMO).

Certain regulated financial services available through OasisPay are provided through licensed financial infrastructure partners, including Pagatech Limited (Paga), banks, and other regulated service providers.

  1. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants must:

Provide accurate information
Complete KYC and KYB requirements
Comply with AML requirements
Comply with all applicable laws

  1. Fees

Current standard fees:

Virtual Account Collections

2.0% (1.5% + 0.5% platform fee) + N100 (waived for transactions under N2500, minimum fee N35) per successful transaction capped at NGN 2,000.

Checkout Collections

2.5% (2.0% + 0.5% platform fee) + N100 (waived for transactions under N2500, minimum fee N35) per successful transaction capped at NGN 2,500.

Settlement

NGN 150 per settlement.

Payout

NGN 150 per payout.

Fees may be updated with prior notice.

  1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use OasisPay for:

Fraud
Money laundering
Terrorism financing
Sanctions violations
Illegal goods and services
Unauthorized financial services

  1. Suspension

OasisPay may suspend or terminate accounts where fraud, regulatory concerns, risk concerns, or violations of these Terms are identified.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OasisPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
